Nageshi Hot Spring photograph It used to be called “Nageshi-yu”, “Nigiishi Onsen” or “Ichiya Onsen”. The old building stood on the other place. When some locals drilled their land, they struck the high-quality hot springs. Deliberating the way to use they ended up building a small wooden bath in one night, so-called Ichiya Onsen (Overnight Hot Spring). Located on the center of the city,countless newborn babies were given the benefit of taking their first bath here. The present building was constructed in 1991 next to the square made by the stones from Yantai China.
