We protect our city! (Voluntary Disaster Prevention Association)

Exchange information with neighbors to prevent disasters. It is also advisable to actively participate in community disaster prevention activities to make our city resistant to them.

Spread information on disaster prevention
Acquire the appropriate knowledge of disaster prevention by participating in the drills and lectures.

Disaster Prevention Drill
Acquire knowledge and techniques needed in case of disaster, such as the way to use a fire exinguisher. Collect information and confirm the means of communication.

Maintain disaster prevention devices
Maintain kits and devices used for fire extinguishing, first-aid treatment, rescue and relief in case of emergency.

1.Apply pressure to the wound to stop bleeding. Apply pressure to the wound with gauze or a clean handkerchief.
2.Put the wounded part higher than your heart
3.Bind up the wound with a tourniquet. If it is difficult to apply pressure to the wound, use a tourniquet. Tie up the part closer to the heart than the wound with a towel or a scarf. Insert a stick to the knot and turn it to tighten until it stops bleeding. Then stabilize the stick.

1.	Treat the wound. Try not to move it.
	How to find if the bone is broken. ●The wounded part is deformed. ●It is swollen and badly hurts. ●The bone protrudes from the wounded part. If you cannot tell if it is broken or not, treat it as it is.
2.	Stabilize the wounded part. Support the wounded part with a splint to stabilize from the upper to the lower joint. Use anything to substitute if you cannot find a splint.
3.	Lie quietly and go see a doctor as soon as possible.
