In case you bore for Hot Spring
Hot Spring is an invaluable limited resource. It wells out of the earth, nevertheless, that does not mean you can bore as much as you want, to prevent it from drying up. Here we promote the protection of nature and the proper use of hot spring under the Oita Council of Environment, Hot Spring Section. When you bore for Hot Spring or place a power plant you must apply to a health center nearby and get permission from the governor through the council.
